What's the catch?
There isn't one. Every feature on the site — address reports, 5-Year Forecast, Boom Predictor, planning overlays, demand-supply ratio, calculators, PDF export — is free with no signup or card. We earn from broker introductions when you decide to move on a property and need finance: that's only when you book the call. If you never book, you've cost us nothing and we hope the data was useful.
How can it be free when other property platforms charge $50-$199 per month?
They sell a SaaS subscription as their revenue model. Ours is mortgage broking — we make money when a credit-licensed broker writes a home loan across an 85+ lender panel. The research site is the front door to that conversation. Both business models are real; ours just doesn't need to gate the data to fund itself.
Will it always be free?
Yes for the foreseeable future. If we ever introduce a paid tier it'll be optional add-ons (e.g. white-label client reports for buyer's agents) — never paywalls on the public research surface. Anyone landing on this page today will keep their access.
Do you sell my data or hand it to lenders?
No. The site doesn't require you to sign up. You can browse every report anonymously. The only data we collect is what you actively fill into the broker booking form, and that goes only to your assigned broker — never to lenders, never to third parties, never to remarketing networks.
What's actually on the platform that the big paid platforms don't have?
